Solitude I can understand. I have experienced very deep level of loneliness. I have seen worst case than my own, lived alongside those.
But you see, there are as many different kind of loneliness and solitude that there are people. I've met with a lot of people, seen and heard of a lot of things related to solitude.
While this song does portray solitude to some extent, I feel more sadness coming from it. As if the source of this song was unable to talk. As if the source was forced to swallow any complaints and accept a fate far harsher than my own. But it doesn't feel hurtful, it doesn't feel angry.
Listening to this song make me feel regret and sadness. Silence of a heart that wants to cry out but can not.
This is a great piece. Each and every instrument add to the feeling behind the song. Nothing seems hidden or out of place.
As much as I hate the feels this song gives me, It moves me.
I love this song.
