Game not playable for me. I load the game, click play, and all I can see is a screen that says "Quests" with Urge of Gold listed. I can't click anything, but if I hit escape, a dialogue box pops up at the top left saying "To get started, click on the first available mine". Once I hit escape, the "Back" button at the top right starts working, but if I click it, some screen flashes by for one frame before popping right back to this "Quests" screen where I can't see or do anything other than mute the music or spam-click "Back" to no avail (keeps coming right back to Quests menu instantaneously). I played the original Mineral Rush game and enjoyed it, I'll have to come back and hope this game is working for me another day...

Hi Newgrunding, that is very strange. I'm sorry it happened. The key 'Q' directs you to the quests page, does your computer really like pressing 'Q' on its own? Other than that I have no idea why this happens. See if the game works on another browser.
Good game. Should be able to sell raw minerals for lower prices, though.
Also, the mining impact point to the right of the pickaxe does feel weird for right-handed mouse person.

Thanks for commenting. I'll experiement with different "holding poses" with the pickaxe.

This game is awesome I've spent only a couple of days on this and and I beat I it's that cool to me thanks so much for the game. But here's a couple of things that would be col to add in.
1. more minerals and lower amounts of coal to smelt them.
2. make pualous do less damage in the second mine and up.(for beginners)
3. add different soundtracks to add suspense and make people feel like they found the right game.
If you add even one of these things in 1.3 I would play every second I have.

I agree with most of your points. I'll look into adding more soundtracks.
Good concept but you should be able to sell your ores without converting them to ingots and you should also be able to mine coal instead of buying it. Another tip would be to have an alarm or noise when the barbarian is about it hit you.
