Not bad, but you've got a bug in the gameplay.
All one need to do is progressively click the box with 3 knobs (3 knobs + 4 positions = 12 permutations minus the starting position = 11 clicks maximum) over the fireplace to get the key to unlock the door. You don't need to untie or unhandcuff Santa at all once you unlock the main door.
A better game would force you to keep playing until Santa is untied & uncuffed even if you unlock the door..

I found it fun and refreshing. Very simple. Could be longer and a bit more challenging.
