wow, this is actually pretty fun, it's relatively simple, and easy to use! plus it's funny, i always love humor in my games. 4.5 stars for you, sir, BRAVO! :)

I don't know if it was my computer or not, but I had no patience to play this game past the first few enemies, it was running so incredibly slow, so I can't judge on power ups or anything like that. However...the game play its...very simple...which is good. But its too simple. It is a great concept, but I also think it could be excuted much better. (like I said, I didn't play so much cause it was either too slow, or just running slow, so I'll just say what's on my mind)
Obviously the picnic items would be little temporary power ups, different sizes would become avaialble as time goes on and you are able to pass through more levels.
Weaponary shouldn't work like the way you have it. It should be more like you can choose through which out of maybe 3 weapons you want to use. And you should be able to aim with the mouse, point and click.
Presents can be anything, new ammo, lots of food, new weapons, new outfits!
Add more bears that move around the screen differently. Maybe some boss bears per level.
The way I see the flow of this game is that you are just walking to some large picnic grounds assassinating all the fuckers that didn't invite you to their picnics :) Like one maybe in a nice little park near the city, one park by a lake, maybe one in mansion, a volcano, a tornado, a mother's womb....ya know...whatever. That just as a story mode...
Then of course you could have a live as long as you can mode or a challange mode or whatever :)

Would you mind PM'ing me your computer details, browser and flash version? I'd like to get to the bottom of any performance issue you're having. If you could bring down the console (press ~) and type "stats" (no quotes), it will tell you your FPS too.
