I'm an avid Google+ user (it's better than that facebook shit) but I agree that they're totally butt-raping Youtube with this sort of integration. Nice music and graphics.
The best thing was when one of the founders of Youtube complained that he had to make an account on Google+ to make a comment. (On his own video he uploaded 8 years ago)

Google is pulling some seriously stupid shit right here. I agree with you completely. This change, like many others on YouTube, didn't need to be made. Google simply wants to spread its logo and trademark to the ends of the earth until nobody can escape it. And honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if in a later update, YouTube was changed into Google+ Tube or some dumb crap like that.
I digress, though. Overall, the flash was very well done. You did a good job portraying the image this new update gives off, and I doubt it could have been done much better than that. Nice job!
