Good game, a nice enjoyable setup. The controls are pretty fine and the control setup is nice and comfy. However, the enemy AI is all over you mindlessly, and are pretty difficult to defeat.

Yes, the "Chieftain" guy is pretty though, I think I will change his AI a bit. It's difficult to create smart AI, but thanks for the suggestion.
Okay so her are some stuff i think you should change about the game:
Add some sounds for when you get hit by an enemy,
Put a sound for when you die,
Whenever you leave a room, the monsters respawn. This is especially annoying for the boss
Also, gameplay is repititive. I don't want to spend my time spamming space bar to kill a 300+ HP monster when i can only damage him with a max of 5.
Clean it up a bit more ^^ But it's a nice concept. Also clean up the way the interface looks, and the level up point screen.
I'll give you a 3 since it's your first time, and it can be made better ^^

Thanks, you can use a fireball spell, and the boss doesn't respawn. :P
But yeah, it's very difficult to create sounds, I only used a 8-bit sound generator to make some.
I want to keep the monsters respawning, but I can see what you mean. Do you have any suggestions? Like maybe after you move 4 rooms, they'll respawn, or something like that. Thanks :)
I'll be honest it's a good game but the enemies are a little too strong at first.
i don't know if you'll be making a full game but if you do i like to see what happens.
