I understand why you have the disclaimer. So many people rate games badly these days just because they're "too hard" so truly 5-star-worthy games end up with maybe 3 1/2 or 4 if they're lucky.
I also like how you kept a truly old school feel to this and not fake "old skool" that I see so often. You actually imposed limits on yourself and didn't just use whatever colors you felt like nor did you have blocky graphics rotating around with magically crisp well-defined slanted edges like I see so often in "old skool" wannabe stuff.
For people complaining about the passwords instead of saves, just remember he could have gone even more old school and not even had passwords. Death equals start the entire game over again.
