Like I said before this is the design of the helmet with the flat head. This isnt Mark 5 armor you see in Halo 1 or 3 this is Mark 4 from Halo wars and The baby sitter

but i think, the Mark 4 armor is a bit more bulkier and less refined.

I think what he ment by make the head a little taller is it looks like he has no neck. The helmet is sick. Very good rendering of our fave gaming hero.
