Damn man, I'm not a fan of the preachy PSAs we're made to endure every time we eat a burger but this should be shown in schools; it's gross, entertaining and easy to understand.
This video deserves a excellent rating. The constant brown and yellow stains in the background set the mood and match the theme perfectly. The sound effects are enough to make me cringe, while the faces on the organs accurately express horror and concern to the bodies state of health. I don't think there has ever been a better video to sum of the consequences of not taking care of your body.
The person's (whoever he is) eyes are disarrayed as he constantly neglects his body. I have never seen a better way of showing our lack of concern for are heart and lungs. The music is enough to capture me in this cartoon. It climaxes and deadpans at the precise times. That and all the background jokes make this even better. For those who don't know what I am talking about, look below!
-says "69" by door
-by his bedside he has a magazine that says "Huge Jugs" while displaying an actual jug
-The pack of smoke says "Tasty Fags"
-The burger place he goes to is "McDolan's
-When he is on his couch, there is a picture of a duck on the wall titled "My Wife"
-Look at the settings on the defibulater
-The sign at the hospital
Atop it all, your depiction of cancer is possibly the best way to demonstrate it to children. The whole video has it's own charismatic swank to it. The overall video makes me a little sick when I watch it. WE NEED TO HAVE THIS VIDEO IN OUR SCHOOLS. Granted that this is just a cartoon, but it is also a WAKE UP CALL. I have reconsidered my health heavily after watching this. It disgusts me, because I am afraid of it happening. That is just what we need to instill in all of us as human beings
