Ahh that music when they're at Merv's brings back so many memories!
The humor is pretty wacky, but I dig it.
I like how they were reading their stone hand books on their way to the fight. And It's funny how their actions in the game translate to real time.
Anyway, great job on this man.
The world definitely need more vids of classic underrated gems like RCR!

I guess the relatively low score is due to the somewhat poor audio quality, so I guess that's what people consider a good movie simply must have. As well as top-notch, professional animation. And voiceovers by high-tier voice actors. And I am not trying to say those things don't matter, but those people are full of shit.
This was great - it had a captivating art style, was interesting, felt complete, and most importantly it was fun!
One small thing I liked was the fact that you used a soda can for the trash barrel sound effect (or at least I think you did). Shows how resourceful some people can be.

I'll admit; audio is my biggest weakness. I am limited in audio experience and equipment. Not to diminish the "cinema magic" but yes, that is indeed a soda can crushing sound effect!
I think what separates my video from many others on Newgrounds is that many of them use Flash; giving all those videos a consistent quality in the coloring, effects, etc.
I tried my best with the resources I had! Drawing with a mouse is sometimes hard :)
