Overall: a Very sequel to the original, though it requires more work to be fun 5/5
Suggestions: You should really make the game have changeble backgrounds (possibly in the third one),ability to add a second ragdoll into the game (twice the Ragdolls, twice the fun!)

New items and upgrade system is nice, however there are some English mis-translations.
