Nice little game for a spare time moment.
It's basically a Dance Dance Revolution clone only that you made it a reaction test.
I like it tho it is true that it could use something like a next level, I guess it is a time-based issue that is ends after the first level, so I'd say good job for a small minigame, build on on it maybe give it a score board and a second level. If you would have more levels you could also give it a raising difficulty what would make the start into the game easier.

It would have been better if it has more story and if it change scenes.
Filling one background with all these sticks being killed is just plainly boring imo.
2 starts for some programming, background and effort.
