Reviews for "Cursed Treasure 2"

This is truly a fantastic tower game with excellent game balance.

At first I thought the game was too slow, but it turned out my old computer was the culprit and on a new computer the game is quite challenging and the game managed to keep my interest right up until the final level; though once I had all the skills unlocked I lost interest in completing the Coastal night missions. If a bonus level, only available if you complete all the day and night missions with 3 stars, were added it would give me that extra incentive to finish them as well, something earning medals almost managed to accomplish.

The only thing that bothered me was the area effect from the Temple of Hellfire made it very difficult to see anything within that region, and even more so when multiple regions overlapped. Perhaps this could be muted somewhat in a future version as this made the final level with smoke bombs flying everywhere a virtual guessing game as to where the enemies were.

Also, there are no Encyclopedia entries for the Skills, and though they are self explanatory for the most part, I still have no idea if clicking on "Bloodlust", for example, makes any difference because the way the "attribute bonuses" glow when clicked on implies you can only activate one race's "attribute bonus" at a time, yet from the in-game values it's obvious these bonuses are applied automatically regardless -- so what does clicking on them do?

None of that detracts, however, from what a truly excellent game this is and I eagerly look forward to "Cursed Treasure 3".

Loved it to pieces. Only wish it had a bit more depth and was longer. But finally, a tower defence with a speed up option :D!

great.

This is by far my favorite tower defense game. It has a good learning curve, lots of enemies, many possibilities for different strategies, a nice skill tree, a nice difficulty, good graphics and good sounds.

I would change two things, though:

1) Ninjas are incredibly difficult to deal with in the beginning. It would have been nice if their invisibility time wasn't that long.

2) Change the music for each area. Although it's very nice to listen to, it can get rather repetitve.

Still, very addictive.

Virtual crack. Seriously could not stop playing this, 5 stars for sure.
