Yeah, I just had that first part in my head from the description and rolled with it... aside from my stupidity, your cartoon is very pretty, and an excellent metaphor. You're right to be proud of this.
Excellent work. Very smooth animation, very bright and nice colors which contrast well with each other for setting a mood, very cute design. Touching concept as well. Keep it up!
