Definitely one of the best clips in newgrounds! You need more recognition from this. I really like how it feels like a movie trailer. Everything just flows together, I really like how you told a story with just that length. 1st on best of July~!!

I never played Max Payne or watched the movie. But after reading this comment, I watched the trailer for the movie and noticed a lot of similarities, mainly with the design of the shadows. I'll be addressing that as I continue to move forward with this. Sin City is definitely an influence, as far as the visual style: the high contrast black and white and some of the story elements that are very common in the noir genre, that Sin City is inspired by. Thanks for the rating!
