This may be the deepest of all your shorts so far. I mean, this was at least, what, like 30, maybe even 40 meters, below sea level? I don't know how you held your breath long enough to get this much underwater footage, but good job regardless!

Loved the animation and after reading the comments I think there is definitely some feels here but from what I gathered...
The first guy is lonely and was extremely lonely so... He jumped off the bridge he drowned, then the second guy absolutely loves himself with his arms around his girls he spots his reflection, he is loving how good he is looking today, he goes for a closer look falls in and drowns because of his heavy, wet clothes. now they are two guys at the bottom of the lake/river/ocean.
even if that isn't what happened im going to belive thats what you meant because as someone who has depression, it was beautiful.
This was actually nice. A word that i hardly ever use because stuff like this isn't made anymore. I like this. :)
