well this could bee really good if the lip syning was actullly half decent cause the animation was very nicely done good job on that part

This looked pretty good. However, the audio had some major sync issues that should be addressed.
The animation was pretty decent, the mouths could use some more frames and shapes. You did animate it well, but the joke and its voice acting weren´t good. Also the Korin Tower looked a bit flat.
It´s an average work, but you can improve. I suggest you focus more on the drawing and leave the voice acting to someone else.
