Three things
1) Get a graphics tablet, then you can draw neater.
2) Unless looping, add a preloaded for ALL animations.
3) The brush size changer is on the bottom left in flash.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have a graphics tablet, I was actually trying to make it messier than it came out. I haven't made an animation in so many years that I forgot about the preloader completely. The brush size was just an aesthetic I liked.
This isn't the finished video though, when I have time I'm going to make it a decent length and creepier/stupider.
