Reviews for "Ball Hop v.0.5"

The collision detection for both enemies and platforms is poor and, for a platformer, having these two things working is extremely important. One of the levels contains platforms that are not covered in the instructions and are not explained on the level. The ball will randomly bug out after falling and fall continuously until it no longer respawns.

Alot of glitches on an overplayed genre. Seeing as its your first submission though treading the path most followed is not a bad thing to do.

Work on getting the glitches worked out though, fake floors that i dropped through was one (and not the platforms that were meant to change to fall throughable) also a glitch where the ball spawns under the platform and begins an endless cycle of falling. Another glitch where you have multiple balls in the level at the same time. Think it was a hit detection issue as i got really close to one of the enemy balls but it didnt quite connect, but another ball spawned. was interesting as i thought it was suppose to happen as both balls jumped and acted when i attempted to move them, but i beleive it was a glitch as it never happened again.

Your game has a glitch where I makes two balls appear.

Hell no. Why? It's very buggy, (I don't wanna be mean about this part. I think that the graphics are a good part of the game tough) graphics, in a rating from E- to A+ are D-, bad plataforming, not the best mechanics. Even if all the bugs were fixed the game would need a whole redone, piece by piece. (Sorry if there was bad english im not english.)

Not a bad start if it's your first time making a game. Try to fix the duplication bug and you may have something you can build on. You can add music, more levels, aswd controls for lefties, a point system, and some awards or medals.
