I'll be short and to the point:
The animation was good, although didn't looked a bit basic to me. The art used in the flash balanced it out however, and looked appealing for sure.
The plot is exactly what was said in the description - just a Pokemon using an attack, nothing special. Yet simple and enjoyable to watch.

Overall, I liked your work. If you work towards producing more fluid animation, then you would meet much success.
