Reviews for "Katawa Shoujo Lite"

Yes! Finally beat the game on challenging! Very good game. Lots of challenge, this emulates the gameplay of the old school Castlevania games very well.

Fun, but a little too hard. I know, I know, it's classic Castlevania and supposed to be hard, but... Also, how is wheelchair Emi able to use the stairs so well? Emi is awesome and all, but even she has limits.

@LULZ64: Yes, it is.

That said, I do enjoy the gameplay on this one. I'd enjoy it more if I could make it past the boss of Act 2 on the normal difficulty setting, but hey.

Is it wrong for me to choose Katawa Shoujo Lite over the original?

Nia Ma Chau Hai De Ma Ji Bai!!! I spent an hour just trying to get past Chapter Two. I don't know anything about Katawa Shoujo. The game had high ratings so i decided to try it. It's a nice game. Don't get me wrong. Fun too. But the difficulty level is just butt rape. I tried the challenging level. Holy crap...i got past level 1 but level 2 was just...i think i felt one of my nuts just dried up due to the sheer difficulty of that level. And i don't remember some witch that can shoot fire cum in a place full of spikes with invincible bloodied skeletons everywhere trying to suck off you. I got to the boss once. She then proceeded to rape my last life with razor blades. I dont know how difficult the old castlevania was. I started with SOTN. Then i played Rondo of Blood on the psp. The remake and the non remake. I didn't know what the difficulty of older castlevania games was like on the SNES since i never had one. But if it were this difficult, I would've thrown my controller so hard against the wall or floor and had to get one by the next week, or i would have punch through my PC screen. Srsly. I would do it. But hey, its a nice game and all. Maybe just not for me. If i were to give any criticism, i would say, tone the difficulty down. And no offense meant, even if some were felt.
