Short and sweet. Just the way I like it.
Being the a-hole; you can't back off after you say "I do"... they both say it, so it's a marriage, even if they do not kiss... If he doesn't want to marry her, he had to say so during or before the "will you take". So now he has to file for divorce.
AAANNNDDD; I don't get it.

That would be true, but it's a fake wedding :S so they still wouldn't be married anyway
