good deal, I see you've got barriers down, preventing the player from entering the space that a building occupies for example. You can still however walk off the screen. Otherwise, a fine start!

I'm sorry, but I can't give this a decent rating at all, considering the game is unplayable. While it is admirable of you to post up your work here, please try to make sure it is actually a playable game. Keep at it and I hope to see a full game come from you later.
