How the hell do you win this game? My fish can eat all other fish and there weren't a proper instruction

More things this game is unfinished
Definitely need work. But, I did find waldo chillin' in the reef.
Did you know that in this game fish have mouths on their tail?
I want to give it five stars but there is some major problems. 1. In order to eat other fish you have to put them near your mouth, but you only have to touch the stomachs of other fish to get eaten
2. There is no proper warning sign for traps and toxic waste. It will catch you by surprise.
3. You cant continue where you left off, so there's no point in playing again since youll have to start from the beginning.
