I think it felt more based off of Ren and Stimpy and Rocko's Modern Life. I'm sure Egoraptor and Jake Hall was influenced by those old cartoons cause some of the stuff they put in those shows were down right random, disturbing and sometimes gross.
If you knew the first part was so seizure inducing, then why did you still choose to animate it like that? that strobe effect gets painful after the 7th time I watched this, because the rest is funny.
