WARNING--This review is 100% Biased and based on personal opinion off of the fact that I don't enjoy platform games-- This game is very difficult although maybe it was just difficult for me because I don't play these types of games. But I think maybe a difficulty setting should be implemented. Other than that, the sound was good and fit with the atmosphere. And the 8-bit graphics were, well.. to be expected. Nothing really special about this game in my personal opinion, nothing really stands out.

I think the problem with difficulty is that it's gonna subjective no matter what, nonetheless, I understand what you're saying, further easing in the player could work in future games!

pretty challenging, not the hardest I faced but interesting I thought the hero was cute, but you never gave her or the masked girl names until the credits, and was the masked girl really necessary, she didn't add much

I thought the game was great.
... however, I don't wanna be "that guy" but it sounds like you expect a great deal from this game.
It was challenging sure but it only took me about 20 minutes, I wouldn't define that as hardcore.
If you are expecting this game to hit big with nothing but just THIS then.... I mean.... Eh...
However if this is a planned series with increasingly better games onwards then sure. Maybe.

I do have another game in the works however, and it was always my intention to do a sequel to this, so in the end, it all works out I suppose!
