Interesting, but there are a couple things that set it off. First off, it's a spin off of an already popular 'game', so it isn't that much of an original idea. Furthermore, the "SLENDER" logo takes too long to go across the screen. The gameplay is extremely linear, and you find yourself going back and forth constantly to find notes that don't even appear to actually be there (I happened to only find 4/8 after circling back and forth for a good 10 minutes). The atmosphere certainly is a bit creepy, but the graphics could use some work. The looping noise in the background is not looped very well, and so it sounds pretty mediocre.
I really enjoyed it. It's really well done.
