So, 100% game progress is attainable without having all the achievements. I'm missing the following: 10 cisterns, Hiding place and All ATMs.
My tips would be to buy Detector, as soon as you're able to afford it because it certainly comes in handy. My most used weapon was the Barrett (sniper) for it's long range capability and sheer one-shot-kill damage. It works great with Stability to take down enemies from across the map, without drawing their attention - particularly useful against bosses. The most time spent messing around were from 1) laying mines all over the ground and using Taunt to make them "flock" to me & 2) using my Barrett with Stability III with Rage Injection active to make enemies fight each other, works on bosses too. What's more fun than watching two bosses go at it while in Rage-mode. >=P
Limitless ammo made the game too easy, but it's more fun that way. However, forcing the player to buy ammo makes the game more challenging & it would give me something to do with my mountain of money. It's too bad Outside North/South are uncontrollable... oh well.
