I like your use of stealth for the mechanic. It was a pretty fun game.
I got pretty frustrated when the guards seemed to stop following the ball and I couldn't see any other way to pass the level.
I'm not sure if you added any more mechanics beyond that but some stuff to keep things interesting would be nice too!

Pros: Charming graphics, funny core hiding mechanic, challenging levels.
Cons: So-so voice acting, inability to distract patrolling thugs. Seriously, it may be a little much to ask me to spend so long waiting out four guards for any point where all their eyes are off me & my destination for long enough for me to drop my disguise, zip down a ladder, & redisguise.
The issue with the game is eventually there comes a point where you face multiple patrolling guards that you cannot interact with and just have to wait a very, very, very long time for them to align correctly so you can pass an area, which is boring as you do not do anything other then wait. Sometimes, this can mean over 3-5 minutes, or more of just standing still and doing nothing while staring at the screen, waiting for the patrolling guards to move "just right" so you can climb a ladder. There should be more interaction on the player's part in getting to the exit, other then just waiting a lot for the guards to position correctly.

Sure it may not be fancy but the idea of playing as a secret agent cow who disguises himself as a normal cow (Perry the Platypus much?) is a fun idea for a fun game.
Only complaint I have ( No its not the voice acting) But it's the final level before the boss I believe as that was pretty tedious to get to the end so I quit at there npbut despite that it's a fun game
