Wow, one of the worst games I've ever seen, for one dress-up games are supposed to have options of how to dress up, and for two if you aren't going to give you much choices at least make this a shooting game or something to where you can use you created guy.
well... there are no bugs that could see, so you get 1 star.
as for the game, I think you completely missed the point of a 'dress up' game, and I don't even like that kind of game!
to be more specific:
what if I wanted the shoulders from hyper mode, with the legs of normal mode?
or the cannons on the shoulder but everything else be still in normal mode?
or the armour from hyper mode with out the cannons?
you have 3 preset graphics for the entire thing, and 3 sound effects you pass off as 'voices' and the only thing you can 'mix and match' is what voice you want playing with what graphic (so only 9 possible combinations in the entire 'game').
and to top it all off, I hate to say it, but your 'voices' were utterly terrible, to the point where I almost cringed just listening to it. the -only- redeeming quality of anything, was that the graphics were ok... but then again, you see so so little, it barely means anything.
Not a very original concept to be honest, but that's not a major problem.
What stands out, is that there's not enough choice to go around.
