Haha wow! Great job with everything! The textures were very nice.
One thing I don't see with a lot of animated films like this is a correct speed and flow of walking and stuff, but this had it perfectly, which is very refreshing and great to see ;)

The original, highest quality file is almost 2 gigabytes :P It's gone through a lot of compression unfortunately.
