Reviews for "Turret Defense Hell"

Hm. If I didn't hawe to try to find where on earth wasd are on my keyboard, I would last longer. Now, should I dedact 1 or 2 stars for not being able to configure the controls?
Nice game otherwise.

Medals not working, and should earned almost all

someone9999 responds:

Thanks for your report. I can't really help unless I know more information, however.

Which ones didn't unlock? Did you go to the game over screen after completing the requirements for the medal? To get the medals to unlock, you must go to the game over screen.

It inspired me.

I really like the concept and I think I will make a clone in Python some time. So I don't think, I give You all of my ideas. :p
I would make the player's hitbox smaller and the bullets bigger to give it a 'real' bullet hell feel; You could then give the player less health too.
When there were many bullets, the frame rate dropped. I used this to cheat - limiting the cpu usage of the browser, I was able to easily dodge them.

Nice concept, but I think, this game needs a little polishing.
One thing, the basic turret is, in my opinion, far too overpowered. After you placed like 20 of them, you've practically beaten the game, because the enemy units are dead before they were even able to shoot. Okay, maybe more than 20, but still the point stands, thus making all other towers obsolete.
Also, obtaining the medals is only possible after death, in the summary, where one won't be if he or she is successful. Bummer, eh?

someone9999 responds:

The basic towers will be weakened. I'm currently trying to devise a fair way to weaken it, but still not have to reset the current high score tables.

Edit: Towers have been rebalanced. The old score tables are still there as well.

Good game. The controls were a little odd in the beginning but I got used to them.
Maybe you could a add more types of towers.

I have to admit it did get repetitive, the dilation turrets made the balls stay there after the round was over and that was kind of odd.

But it was a good game, it was something a little new and addicting, good job!
