Reviews for "Double Edged"

It feels like an unfinished game, screen keeps running out, coins for what? and well it jus goes on and on without real change

On the good side, nice dialogue and cool art style just needs more work to feel like a game and not like a alpha version of a game

Good game but:
1) I keep outrunning the screen.
2) No checkpoints (might be just me, but I feel it`s anoying to get to the boss, your`s and his life is down to one punch and, if you lose, you go back to the beginning of the stage)
3) No point for the Coins, as marcuz6090 asked.

wat is the point of the coins?

needs more weapons and need a shop of upgrades

A decent Goden Axe style brawler.
I'm not a fan of most brawlers, except for a few that add upgrades, weapons, and special abilities to the monotonous repetitive "action". Golden Axe is a perfect example, adding things like mounts and special abilities.

I can't judge this game fairly since I only played until I received my first mount.
Where it stole all its good traits form Golden Axe, it lacks in the same ways. Your ability recharged over time, so there's no need to collect anything... So why the gold coins? They're not or lives, they're not for upgrades (at least there are no signs of them being used for such, even after the first boss level). So they're just to increase your score... which, although important, many gamers find less important compared to a fun gaming experience. Finding weapons and mounts is nice though.

For a free game, pretty good.
