If I had to criticize something negatively, I think I'd say his face is a bit too soft-looking. I definitely get that you have very limited space, but with the depth of colors you're working with I think maybe you could afford to make him look a little crusty. It is Kain, however, and thus immaculate.

Finding a balance with the details in this piece was the hardest part, due to the lack of colours and the resolution. So I do agree with you. But I really tried to keep the balance (althoug some parts still bother me, yet I'm not sure how to fix them). But thank you!

Great character from a great but old franchise. Legacy of Kain and Soul Reaver series are superb games. Glad to see someone still remembers them.
Good art piece, I like the pixel style and the curves of Soul Reaver look cool.
