Nothing special. The people who say this sux are wrong, without making fun of people the world would be a worse place. Also, the author said no offense to anyone intended. For example I laugh my ass off when the "Down Syndrome" commercial comes on (if you watch comedy central)

Disturbing.
I don't think using an image of a boy with Down's Syndrome is too PC. I didn't find the submission too funny, mostly DISTURBING. I like being disturbed. :)
