First off the LRA is still active and yes joseph kony is still leading it and ubducting children. The creator of this vid is just trying to goof around but he has to at least have a heart. If he thinks useing children as weapons is ok then thats heartless.

I think it's ironic that someone who would joke that they're "god" in an animation would proclaim that another group is demonic. I think you care about being funny too much to care about the affect your animations can have on the people who view them.
And yes, if KONY 12 matters, so does this animation. Most people aren't creating content as popular as individuals such as yourself, so you have a greater affect on society than you may think.
