This game has epic mechanics(no pun intended) and is a great idea but scales very high in difficulty in europe? is this supposed to be that hard?

It's a fun mix of the original top-down GTA and the Burnout series, with a classic NES feel. Unlockable vehicles kept me going back to levels, trying for more carnage (or certain specifics) so I could try and unlock them. Music's a little calliope for my tastes, but otherwise, it's a great game.
Good, but I find the voices throughout the game (the cutscene was fine) are sort of... awkward?.. and maybe not entirely necessary.
