Well I'm a first-time viewer of this series so get your grains of salt ready...
Recursive show names: Too complicated! Part 2 of Chapter 1 of Julian War 2 of Little Fighter 2. How about "Julian War II: Episode 2"
A little long-winded for a flash, but maybe returning viewers know what to expect.
LOTS of reading - which is fine, I guess, but that back-story exposition? Zzzzzzzz.... This is a movie: don't tell me that he's powerful - SHOW me that he's powerful.
If English is not your first language and your audience is going to be reading your entire series, consider employing a translator.
And now the positive:
The animation was very good, and I was pleasantly surprised at the combat. Nicely done.
The humor laced throughout was a nice touch.
Posthumous Zone, the "NFL on CBS" theme, played during the credits :D
I give it a 3 because I liked it. Some things could be improved, though.
