I had a strange - if welcome - bug.
This is very strange. I ground the first mission a few times to get up to like, level 4 or so. When I went on to do mission 2, though, all of my marines had 90 AP and 90 MP.
Needless to say, this is a pretty game-breaking bug, even if it is funny imagining my marines running in bullet-time and acing missions in one turn.
I don't know how or why it happened. It's pretty damn funny, though. Still, you might want to fix it, as I'm pretty sure this is not how the game was meant to be played. :)

Sorry about that, we're having some problems with the uploaded version. The 90 AP/MP problem should be fixed soon.
Edit: fixed.
Not sure if it's a glitch or what, but...
When you have no skills invested, all your guys get a huge boost: 90 MP, 90 AP, and 900 health.
Game broke in my favor
Suddenly I had 80ap and mp per turn... Kinda ruined the game after, but up until then I was in heaven. Makes me want to boot up the old X-Com
