Good game
This is a good game. However I am having a lot of trouble in mission 7 with the explosive aliens. I just spent 8 turns trapped in the first room killing explosive aliens and waiting for the slime to go away. Are you supposed to just walk over the slime? That seems suicidal. And there seems to be an endless supply of explosive aliens to make more slime... I don't get what to do here.

The flamethrower and the explosive bomb clear the acid puddle. There's also Blake's shield program (+ nanolongevity) which allows troopers to walk on acid puddles without taking any damage.
Good game, killer bug
I really loved this game, at least what I could play of it. But since it deletes my save games pretty regularly, I don't know how the last half plays.
It's deleted my saved games a grand total of four times now - haven't had this problem with any other game on the site, so despite WANTING (badly) to finish this game, it's not gonna happen.
Well done.
Spent quite a few hours on this game on and off. Gives a familiar feel to various games/movies that I like.
Simple, fun and even quite challenging. Hope to see the next one soon.

This game reminds me X-COM, and that's great. You don't see good games like X-COM these days.
