Not bad.
Pros:
-Decently animated
-Good timing with it all, etc
Cons:
-Chick's voicing had crap quality (I'm ignoring this point though)
-Too short
-Personally, didn't find the joke so funny
I'm giving you a 6/10 though for the effort.

Nice colours, the animation can be awkward at points but is still appealing to the eye.
It was funny
Didn't deserve such bad reception, it had good timing and a likeable joke. Apart from the obvious shortness and average lip syncing I can't see any criticisms.
