There's no save, by design!

In this type of dungeon crawler, each game is meant to be short and sweet. There are no save games because save games ruin the tension and eliminate risk! Give it a try, and don't be frustrated when your character dies: Dying isn't losing, and you only really lose when you give up!

Update With A Save, Please

this is the coolest game, I love it, it's like playing diablo and gauntlet and flxadventure, and just a ton of the ol' awesome games, I like that it's sorta action rpg

Good

I played as the wizard class and did like getting all kinds of different spells. However after the first 5 spells there didn't seem to be much point in getting more spells since you can only use 5. It would be nice if you could get more than 5 spell slots as you level up.

For my spells, I used Fireball, Fireball, Fear, Blink/Teleport, and Sleep. My technique was to cast Fireball twice, then Fear/Sleep and run away to buy some time while the Fireballs recharge. I kept Blink/Teleport for safety (wasn't really necessary since I could have used health potions instead). I actually think Blink might be better than Teleport due to its greater range.

grea job

could use a save tho

Great Job

It reminded me of an old game NetHack, except this game had some improvements which made it much easier to play. I liked that you automatically equipped weapons and armor, it allows you to simply focus on the game and not have to deal with loot. Also the spells were easy to use and readily available, the only thing I'd include is a description of the spell when you mouse over them, since there were some mechanics which I didn't know existed until I was a few levels into the game.
