Dear mr. TurkeyOnAStick,
Phoenix Wrong is top-quality amusement BECAUSE it rips off stuff from tv that we all know. It breeds a sense of familiarity, nostalgia and relatability much in the same sense any internet meme out today. Sometimes something that gets repeated/reused simply gets better and funnier every iteration.
I for one like internet memes and stuff like AMV's for exactly this reason.
I guess you never listen to a song more than once or watch a movie more than once?..
