Trouble
I had trouble getting the guy to say barkeep. Had me stumped as to why it wasnt working! If you have done everything else then it just plain doesnt work apparently

Terrible bug
as weej267 mentioned the game doesn't work if you do everything else first before you click on the drinker to get another drink. He never says it. Seriously... had me stuck for a long time then finally gave up and went to the walkthrough and the supposed solution didn't work.
2 secrets
i found 2 secret medals:
If you play the music box you'll get a medal
and if you turn the open sign at the bar to off, you'll get another medal
maybe there's more secrets medals, i don't know though, if you beat the game you'll get 2 more medals
It's good, but there's a significant bug
I managed to uncover it twice (I played through it a few times to check). If you do everything else before writing on the chalkboard, there's a big chance that the guy at the bar will never say "hit me barkeep." It happened to me the first time I played, and it was incredibly frustrating.
Other than that, the game was fine. I do wish the ending (where you kill the guy) was a little tougher and had more creativity. It seemed a little anticlimactic.
