Needs work
Now, I am not a big fan of the Mega Man series so there could have easily been jokes or references that went over my head, but I was unable to experience any sort of amusement out of watching this flash. The animation was choppy and generally poorly drawn, the voices weren't anything special either. I'm not writing this to discourage you, I would very much like to see you improve in the future. The jokes were hit and miss. Graphics were barely doable and sometimes it felt lazy and rushed. The sound/music quality was off.
Your previous work tied it all toghether, graphics fitted perfectly with weird humor, timing on the jokes was super.
Amusing but not laughing.
I smirked most of the time. It was silly and almost enough to laugh.
