im glad someone finally made a good flash play of prototype. i played till the 5 boss stage before i realized i could upgrade! great game, great upgrade system, funny dialogue...been a while since i played a perfect 10. im lookin forward to the sequel!

Fire Boss
For all stuck on the Fire Boss,
Just spam the special attack button! Have special attack fully upgraded. Since you gain SA when you take damage, this should be a no brainer. I killed the final boss my first try, and in 20 seconds. :D
