Very well done! (I know this is late XD)
I love the way the facial expressions on the protagonist's (I guess that is what he is...) face has smooth a animation, as well as the room to room action. Top notch Madness right here! Also, I noticed a few references, like the pillow (marshmallow heads) and the whole "Enlightenment" thing. I cracked up when the protagonist looked down and got scared when side-stepping the crater. Also, there was a monkey wrench he used to fight with briefly. BioShock fans? Mad? No, astounded at the professionalism in the whole thing. I can't say anything about quality in a flash as I have never made one, but I can criticize it, and as far as it goes, I got no qualms about any of this. An excellent submission, and I hope you make more, as the ending suggested, there might (will will will) be a next one. Happy New Year or something; I had almost forgotten...

The animation flows perfectly, you can tell a lot of work has been put into this.
All the little touches-like the main guy's facial expressions when finding a new weapon, or one of the enemy's horrific reactions when being shot in the "neck"-really add to the video, and show great attention to detail :)
5 Stars, easily :)
