The most fun I've had with a flash game.
Okay, This is the first time I'm writing a review despite of having used Newgrounds for years. This game deserves it. Really, congratulations on making such a fun and addictive game.
At first sight it's nothing to get excited about. 8-bit graphics, not much music, just a couple of modes. But that's meaningless when it comes to the sheer amusement this game provides.
I played with a friend non stop for three hours. We had already beaten all levels, but we were just going all vs all with 6 bots over and over again. It was specially thrilling when we were the only ones left. Some battles were truly epic... the random aspect of the game doubled the amusement, the outcome could change at any time, specially when a decisive item spawned near the losing player.
I honestly LOVE this game. The gameplay is dynamic, it makes you think and act fast. And when you master it, it becomes rewarding and satisfying. Punch, Shoot, Dodge, Grenade, Bullet time... it's simple, yet complex... no match is equal.
The dive maneuver is the most awesome movement, great idea and implementation. I'm truly amazed.
The game has just the right amount of weapons. They all work splendidly, nothing to add here. Loved the 'ride the rocket' touch, it makes a great draw.
I think the 8bit graphics are sweet. they convey the simplicity of the game. I wonder how would it look like in 16bit, but I fear it would not be the same.
I would've liked a couple more stages. The game is so addictive I didn't have enough with them! Also it would've been cooler to have another cameo. Although I can't complain :)
I think that is all I have to say. All in all, the only flaw this game has is that it's not a FULL game, it's like the demo for the most awesome game ever. And I'm not exaggerating, really. I got all heated up from the epicness while playing this. I would pay good money for a longer, deeper version of this game.
Awesome and extreme
This game is brutal. Ok, sometimes is too hard; but playing with a partner makes a lot funnier. This is one of the best games that I ever play on newgrounds. You should do an online multiplayer version of this game.

I honestly love this game! It's like 8-bit and technology had a baby and formed this game! If only things like this came out long ago. All an all I can't help, but just shoot
and fight my way up.
