Not bad

I had fun playing it. For its basic design it's good. From here you can look to upgrade it.

I ended up mapping the keys to my game controller to get a feel for it. When i got around 700s or slightly before, the mobs started becoming a bit too hard to hit. I tired my arm trying to press the shoot button as fast as I could, and just couldn't keep up. This is where the power ups idea would be great... or maybe a hold and release shot or something.

I like the ideas amannamedjayne mentioned. Namely, the powerups and bosses would help. A simple story such as, "Nyan cat was just nyanning around when her flight was interupted by evil Nayn cats!" or something silly like that could suffice really.

Overall, I liked this as a simple way to try and last through the song as long as you can while having something to do (even though you can mute it, ha!)

It's Nyan Cat!

I thought this was a fairly good game probably because it featured the Nyan Cat so much. I love it how we have a user named NyanLock! Anyway, this was great to watch because of all the Waffletacs flying around. I will say that I didn't like how it seemed to just be the same thing over and over. At least we got to keep up the appearance of those tasty doughnuts! My family had a Christmas party this morning so I'm going to have some treats myself today.

I would suggest you make it so that you can just press the space button and keep on firing. It's always a good idea in a shooting game to have that. This seems like it would have made a good entry for NG Game Jam 6. There's some error, as none of the record times in this seem to be showing up at all. It's good for what it is.

Cut and fun game you have

To start off on this flash submission will be kind of hard but let me elaborate abit better, it was a fine flash entry had everything going for it, even some nice visuals, and also brought a sort of entertaining value to it, So alot of jibber jabber here from me is unnecessarily, but there were some stuff that was abit cluttered and that can be addressed later.
Good game silly and fun, but thats what you get with that crazy cat, The "MUTE" sound was a good idea i thought,the medals are pretty fun and somewhat easy but not too easy so it was all aright, the graphics well they were ok kinda cute and once again thanks for the mute as the music can get anoying i do have an idea for the shooting maybe it will help, overall I got a good feeling I really took a liking to this Game and It really grew on me, there was lots of nice stuff on this, and some goodplay time as the game was pretty amusinga nd entertaining, some suggestions were made for some adjustments to the game to make it somewhat better and improved, So with all that said, this was pretty decent, allthough it could use more stuff and such, also suggested below, it was still pretty good just needs a tad more effort but it will pay off In the long run, just keep working on it, and always do what is fun to you.

So anyways I really enjoyed this flash Submission here, There could be more Focus on some of the weaker points, but it was actually not that big of a deal, I did like how this was a Clever game and has alot of interesting value to it, Here are some ideas, some would really help, while others might just be more think tank ideas, but in anycase they will help make this flash much better and much more entertaining for all. but i do look forward to seeing more of what you have planned in the future. Continusly pressing the spacebar tends to get tired so having it always shooting while spacebar is pressed would be a good suggestion for improvment, Another idea for improvment on this might be to have a meter or bar that could show howmany enemies you have killed and so on, just an idea or two there.

I think everyone has already given a lot of great ideas for making this game not only the "Nyan Cat based adventure game" that you said it would be, but also a game above and beyond other Nyan Cat games. Simple mechanics like bosses, upgrades, powerups, a story, varying enemies, more weapons, and being able to hold down space would be great additions. you won't need to tell anyone when that game comes out, because it should be front page material.
