I really felt like I was watching a lower-grade animu straight out of good ol' Japan. Sure the animation could have been a tid bit better, but big deal. For a full 20 minute episode done by one person over 5 years this was awesome! Astounding even. The satire of a typical anime was understood and appreciated. The panty shots, overly huge tits...er, I mean hair, the silly amount of "chibi" characters. Even the voice acting went a good ways, you really made an effort there and its noticed. Just in general, a great mix of parody, story telling, and jokes. Great Job!
I spotted Shin-chan and I think there might have been a kameo of "L" in there as well! Nice.
Last thing, the ending song was awesome. I liked it so much I think I'm going to buy it.
